Former Connecticut Liquor Commissioner Jack Suchy will discuss liquor licensing issues and opportunities currently facing beverage alcohol retailers nationwide. Suchy will also take questions on the often-confusing and -confounding topic of license laws, which can vary greatly from state to state.
