Jacob began his career in the restaurant industry at 18 and joined a brewery taproom partnership in 2016. In 2020 the partnership expanded into off-premise, opening a Wine, Beer and Spirits store in a former Toys R Us building. The company recently opened its fourth location (all in Nebraska) and is continuing to expand. He lives with his wife and seven year old daughter.
