Ken Aufiero joined U.S. Beverage in 2025, bringing more than two decades of beverage business experience to the newly created role of Director of Spirits. In this position, Aufiero is responsible for leading U.S. Beverage’s entry into the dynamic world of spirits. A seasoned veteran in beverage industry sales, marketing, logistics, and retail operations, Aufiero’s career has included leadership roles at companies such as Bacardi, Proximo Spirits and Fedway Associates, where he developed and executed successful route-to-market strategies for brands from renowned suppliers such as Diageo, Tito’s, Brown-Forman, and Beam Suntory. Additionally, he has guided independent and craft brands aligning them with distribution, sales and marketing partners help them achieve growth plans.
