Jocelyn Rawat serves as the communications manager for Alcohol Beverage Services, which is the alcohol wholesaler of beer, wine and spirits for Montgomery County, Maryland, and operates 27 retail stores throughout the County. With an extensive background in government communication, Jocelyn brings an inviting voice to civic conversation. Before joining ABS eight years ago, she was a policy analyst and speechwriter at the Montgomery County Council. Jocelyn hosts and produces the podcast, “Spirited Discussions,” exploring alcohol products, trends and policies.
